After two decades of buying, transforming, and managing rental properties, Dina Mihauc became a real estate broker to help more people with their home-related needs. She said, “I love to educate homeowners about upgrades that will add value to their home, and I help buyers recognize a home’s potential and figure out how much repairs and upgrades could cost.”
Dina was born and raised in Romania and immigrated to the United States at 21-years-old. She said growing up under the watchful eye of a communist regime made her realize the important role communication plays in building a trusting client relationship. “I want my clients to know what’s going on in their transaction at all times and I constantly communicate with them- even if I’m just letting them know there’s no new information to share,” she says.
Dina studied accounting at a Romanian University. After arriving in America, she put herself through a dental assistant program while working as a house cleaner and a caregiver in an adult foster care home. “I learned that nothing is given or owed to you and I bring my hard work and immigrant mentality to my real estate business.”
