Real Estate Broker
Have you ever looked back at your life and realized everything that happened along the way was preparing you to do exactly what you’re doing right now?
That’s how Chaney Compher feels about her career as a real estate broker.
Chaney earned her real estate license in 2015 and says that her decade of experience as a certified life coach and yoga instructor perfectly prepared her to guide real estate clients through the emotional and complex process of buying or selling a home.
“The wisdom and tools that I gained from the self-improvement industry help me connect with how my real estate clients are feeling in a very empathetic and intuitive way,” says Chaney. “I’m able to meet you where you’re at emotionally, identify your needs, and create a unique plan that makes you feel seen, heard, and valued.”
Chaney says that buying or selling a home is often part of a big life transition—like getting divorced or moving to an assisted living facility—and works hard to build confidence with clients who feel especially vulnerable. “From the start, I establish trust with my clients by being authentic and relatable so that they can see I truly care about their wellbeing.”
Chaney’s clients also appreciate her ability to navigate challenges and create innovative solutions so that they’re happy with the outcome. “I’ve always looked to the bright side in life; what others see as a roadblock, I see as an opportunity. I’m fueled by helping my clients get to a better place, like finding a home where their grandkids can visit or making it possible for a friend to look back at everything she went through to get a home and see that the struggle was worth it.”
“Real estate is part of what I’m called to do in life, and I had to go through my previous career and life experiences to become a really good real estate broker.”
Chaney lives in Washougal, Washington, with her husband and three sons. She describes herself as one-part redneck and one-part hippy and feels equally at home in high heels or Birkenstocks. A free-spirited nature-lover, she enjoys exploring the Columbia River Gorge, Mount Hood, and the city of Portland, Oregon.
Charline Wright believe that everyone has an unique skill or ability to contribute to the world. She creates an accepting environment where she passionately encourages those around her to develop their strengths and find the courage to pursue what makes them happy.
As the owner of Columbia river realty Charline quickly attracted a loyal tribe of confident and capable brokers who share her passion for helping others achieve more than they thought possible. She brings more than a decade of real estate and leadership development experience as well as a passion for community involvement.
With over 30 years of combined Sales and Marketing expertise, Chris understands that a balanced philosophy is the best way to serve his clients. “Whether we’re communicating digitally or around your dining room table, it all starts with active, attentive listening – which yields a balanced appreciation of not only your financial goals, but your family’s priorities as well.” Chris and his wife Julie along with their daughter live this balanced philosophy on their farm in Clark County. If you’re ready to find a home that delivers the best of both worlds, contact Chris today.
I’ve been a resident of Clark County since 1990 when I moved to the United States from Romania. I’ve been married for 23 years to my wonderful husband and we have three beautiful teenage daughters. Together, my husband and I have started a general contracting business and have built and purchased several rental properties that we self-manage. This has allowed me to expand my knowledge in the construction industry and better understand the many aspects of it. Perhaps the most valuable thing I’ve learned, however, is that quality, efficiency, and beauty can come together to meet a wide range of dreams and expectations.
My mission as a realtor is to make people’s dreams a reality by connecting with them, listening to their needs, and working diligently to help them find a place to call home. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work directly with people in a variety of settings which has instilled my passion to work with and create meaningful relationships with my clients. I pride myself in always maintaining a professional attitude, making myself available to my clients whenever they need me, and respecting their valuable time by getting back to them promptly. I believe all these are imperative to being a good realtor.
I’ve been a Washington resident for the majority of my life having graduated from Washington State University and retiring from the USAF as a pilot at McChord AFB, WA and also retiring as a pilot from American Airlines. No idle gear here so I moved on to career number three.
I became a realtor because I think that the general public is somewhat skeptical of sales people that work on a commission basis, not completely comfortable with knowing whose interest they are really looking after. That’s why I live up to my signature tag “Taking the stress out of your real estate decisions by providing straight answers and when needed, brutally honest opinions”. With the experience of a Business Degree, construction work, and over 30 years in a high stress career field, my goal is to put clients at ease by telling them what they need to hear while others might opt for what they want them to hear. Fast and reliable response is imperative in buying or selling the right property at the right price. I take pride in making myself available to my clients, getting back to them quickly and am very respectful of their time. The majority of my clients remain friends long after our real estate experience. I’d like the opportunity to add you to that list.
“Frank Olson has been great to work with. By the questions he asks I know he has listened carefully to our comments or concerns and then takes action. It is very nice to feel your agent embraces a great work ethic and has the ‘can do’ attitude it takes to put all the pieces together to create a successful marketing strategy. He has shown himself to be more than capable and very motivated without being pushy. I also like the fact that he knows so many people in the community and is a willing volunteer when a need arises. Frank is a solid choice for anyone wanting a realtor that is much more than ‘just talk’. >>>> Now that our home has sold I can say without reservation that he will make sure he is with you every step of the way to protect your interests and help deal with ALL the issues that can and will come up. TOP NOTCH REALTOR!! “
“I cannot properly express how happy we are with the expertise, knowledge, and help Mr. Olson has provided my wife and me. On a whim, we talked to Mr. Olson and next we were looking at homes that met our needs with someone that obviously was professional and had significant knowledge of the area of interest. From his initial help, advice/guidance, we entered an offer on a new home that was accepted. We are thrilled to say we are "closing" soon and throughout the entire process, Mr. Olson has communicated, advised, and guided us in a knowledgeable and professional manner. This is about the 4th home I've purchased in my lifetime, and would rate him as the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This Realtor will take care of you. Thank you Frank Olson!”

After a long and distinguished career as a civil engineer and manager I have become a real estate agent. I am looking to assist people in their search for a home. I sought out working to help individuals instead of working on projects for society.
I have a long resume of working in youth athletic programs both a coach and in administrative roles. I was a 4H project leader. While in Ventura California, I was a City Parks and Recreation Commissioner, and a member of the City’s 25 Year Planning effort.
Judy Carroll started a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th career about 20 years ago helping buyers or sellers acquire or sell their real estate. Working in the atmosphere of a smaller, close knit group has been a blessing. Being able to share her experience and knowledge with everyone is a very important part of her work, as is helping to guide clients through the listing or buying process.
A great working relationship with clients is of paramount importance having made many long lasting friendships along the way. Real estate can be very challenging but it’s still fun. That smile that appears when you have found and closed on the “perfect” property for clients, or the happy client that is able to sell their property with total satisfaction makes the heart happy and makes it all worthwhile.
The other part of Judy’s life is again people – family, children, and grandchildren is the very best part of life. Traveling, beach going, sewing (quilting), and painting – so many things of interest, not enough time!
Live your life to the fullest, you never know what tomorrow will bring. Be happy and kind, loving and caring.
