Robin was inspired to earn her real estate license after she and her husband bought a home with a broker whose lack of involvement made her feel like she didn’t matter.
Today, Robin’s thriving real estate business is based on providing a high level of personal care and making her clients’ happiness her number one priority.
Robin understands that buying or selling a home can be overwhelming and takes time to educate her clients and set their expectations about the process. A skilled problem solver, she believes that great service means taking care of potential problems outside of her traditional scope of work.
Robin says, “Helping clients with their real estate goals is about more than just putting a sign in the ground. As a broker, I’ve helped a family relocate their dog, staged homes, improved landscaping on the weekend, and helped an out of town seller secure maintenance for his local listing. I’m hands on from start to finish because I want you to have an enjoyable experience where you feel seen, heard, and valued.”
As a lifelong resident of Washougal, Robin is a backyard real estate expert who shares smart insight about the local real market and first-hand knowledge about the community and school district. She helps clients determine which neighborhoods might be a good match for their unique needs and has built trusting relationships with vendors and contractors.
She says, “I knew that I could do better, and every day I strive to be the real estate broker that I wish I’d had.”
Robin spends her free time in the kitchen cooking Southern recipes passed down from her grandma, and frequently volunteers for the Washougal School District. She and her husband, Butch, have raised three children in Washougal.
